Terms and Conditions

• Non-Refundable Deposits: All initial deposits are strictly non-refundable upon payment, representing a commitment to secure      your placement and administrative costs.
• Final Payment: All outstanding funds and final balances are due no later than 90 days prior to the trip start date.
• Reservation Rights: Events by Margo reserves the absolute right to cancel, terminate, or decline any reservation at its  sole discretion at any time.

Due to contractual obligations with third-party vendors, the following refund schedule applies:

• Cancellations made 90 days or more before the trip: Only the initial deposit is forfeited; other paid funds may be returned.
• Cancellations made within 90 days of the trip: Guest will receive a refund of 50% of the total funds paid. The remaining 50% is retained by Events by Margo to cover non-recoverable costs and liquidated damages.
• No-Shows: No refunds or credits will be issued for "no-shows", late arrivals or early departures from the trip.  

Events by Margo acts only as an intermediary for the various independent suppliers that provide transportation, sightseeing, or other services.

• Force Majeure: Events by Margo shall not be held liable for any delay, change in itinerary, or cancellation due to "Acts of God" (including but not limited to fires, floods, earthquakes, or severe      weather), pandemics, strikes, civil unrest, or government restrictions.
• Assumption of Risk: Guests acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks. Events by Margo is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, or damage to personal property, whether resulting from the negligence of third parties or circumstances beyond our control.

Events by Margo strives to maintain a positive and safe environment for all guests.

• Behavior: We reserve the right to remove any guest from the trip, at the guest's own expense, if their behavior is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or illegal.
• Non-Defamation: By booking, the guest agrees to refrain from making any false, disparaging, or defamatory statements—whether verbal, written, or posted online—regarding Events by Margo, its employees, or the M+J Trip. Guests agree that any grievances will be handled privately and in good faith directly with management.
