I have been planning professional events since I was 16!!! I am so fortunate to have had the experience and opportunities to hone my gift by working with many great mentors and Fortune 500's along the way to produce spectacular events across the country! At Events by Margo, we offer a variety of event planning services to fit your needs and budget. From full-service planning to day-of coordination, we work with you every step of the way to ensure a seamless event. This boils down to how your event will be executed. I am proud to share that I have planned the following types of events!
We will speak for thirty minutes to one hour max via Zoom where you will share the WHY about your event, WHO the event is for and WHEN the event will occur. After which I will give a high-level view of what Events by Margo can do to make this a reality.
In order for me to begin a small nonrefundable deposit is needed along with the signed contract. This lets me know you are serious about the event and the contract protects us both. Trust me :)
After the necessary details are collected from you, you will receive an inspiration page that reflects your vision which includes, color scheme, menu, and other important visuals of your event.
I know this is the most difficult part however it is extremely important that your budget is decided and shared with me. Unless, you want me to assume we are starting at a 20k price-point. I will then create an itemized "working" budget that shows where your money will be spent. Please note: this is a suggested budget and actual amounts may differ.
Events by Margo accepts the following forms of payment: Zelle, CashApp, Venmo or you can use your credit card.
Please note: All credit card transactions will also be charged a 3% fee for processing.
